Working with him both times, he was able to find rates that were better than I was seeing online and chatting with other people, his service was always faster, and he was extremely consistent and available. Plus, the way that he presented the numbers were so simple and easy to follow that it helped me feel truly informed without any surprises when it came to close the deal. Absolutely incredible work. I've recommended Seth to everyone I talk to who is looking to buy a home in the Salt Lake City or Utah county areas.

They have always been very impressed with him. He never seem to sleep or take time for himself. He is by far the best lending officer around.
